Season 4 of Westworld set in new world in which Westworld renewed for another season

It has been announced that the next season of popular mad load of old nonsense Westworld will take place in an as-yet unexplored world in the futuristic theme park in which Westworld has been renewed for another season.

“We wanted to explore the possibilities of what a world in which Westworld was renewed for another season would look like,” explained showrunner Lisa Joy.

“We see Maeve and Delores having to negotiate that world as they try and escape their pursuers or discover what it truly means to be alive, or something like that.”

The season will begin with the announcement that Westworld has been renewed for a new season, but the camera will then pull away to reveal that the announcement has taken place on a television within the world itself, and then the camera will pull even further away to reveal that the television is in a world in the theme park and that world is called Another-season-of-Westworld-world.

As with the other worlds, no-one in Another-season-of-Westworld-world will know that they are actually robots whose sole purpose is the entertainment of rich people who visit to experience what it would be like to live in a world in which Westworld has been renewed for another season.

“The robots will watch Westworld, talk about Westworld, perhaps even read slightly satirical blog posts about Westworld that aren’t quite as clever as they think they are,” continued Ms Joy.

“It will be, as the other worlds are, utterly indistinguishable from the real world in every way. It’s going to make for a very exciting location for a new season of Westworld.”

She did also reveal that there were no plans to move the action to another world in which Westworld has been renewed for another season after this new one.

“No,” she said.

“We can only stretch credibility so far.”
