Rob Lowe ‘unlikely’ to be able to control the weather with his mind

Scientists have confirmed that Rob Lowe is ‘unlikely’ to have mind-powers that allow him to control the weather.

Scientists began an in-depth study in January of this year in order to conclusively prove the extent of the West Wing and Parks and Recreation star’s psychic powers.

“Using extensive science, we have been able to conclude that it is extremely unlikely that Rob Lowe is able to control the weather using the power of his mind,” said Judd Sutherland, Professor of movie stars and terrifying mind powers at Oxford University.

“We cannot discount the possibility that Mr Lowe is able to control the weather using some form of technology or laser, but with his mind? We don’t think so.”

The possibility of Rob Lowe being able to control the weather with just his mind raises the possibility that he is perhaps an example of the next stage of evolution for humankind.

“Certainly, if he were able to leverage the power of his mind to control the weather, we would have to examine the possibility that he had become some sort of advanced human.”

“However, the fact that he doesn’t possess this power would lead us to conclude that he is not evolved any further than you or me.”

It is understood that Professor Sutherland will next move on to a study to conclusively prove whether or not Demi Moore can bend spoons using strange brain powers
