New all-male Ghostbusters just politically correct, pro-men propaganda

The new all-male reboot of Ghostbusters has been dismissed by many on the Internet as politically correct pro-men propaganda.

The as-yet uncast reboot has removed the traditional all-female Ghostbusters and will replacing them with all men instead in what some are calling blatant pandering to social justice warriors.

“It’s going to destroy my childhood,” said thirteen-year-old Katherine Lake.

“I’ve got all these precious memories of going to sleepovers with my friends and watching Ghostbusters and now those memories are going to be trashed because this new film wants to appeal to the trendy, politically correct brigade and ignore the real fans.

“Ghostbusters are women, and making them men just doesn’t make sense.”

But producers are bravely sticking to their bold decision.

“I just think of little boys who grow up today,” said director Jason Reitman.

“They watch the movie and they see all-female Ghostbusters and they think – ‘I can’t be a Ghostbuster, that’s just for girls’ – and then they have to resign themselves to only being superheroes, Jedi, spacemen, adventurers and everything else. But not Ghostbusters.

“Well, we’re going to change that. No longer will Ghostbustering just be for girls.”

It is expected that should the new all-male Ghostbusters be a success, it could spark off a trend for all-male remakes such as Wonder Man, Little Men, and Dave the Explorer.

  1. Uhhh, Ghostbusters are women? The original Ghostbusters were men. The abomination is that reboot that was worse than Ghostbusters 2.

    • Not to that 13 year old girl. The only Ghostbusters to come out in her lifetime was the last one. This is obviously a satire article…
