The first images were leaked from the hotly anticipated $180m ‘Mary Queen of Scots’ currently filming in Newcastle and show an impressive Saoirse Ronan as the titular monarch.
Sadly, we can’t afford the cost of reproducing the images here. So instead, we present a picture of a quite cute cat.
To be honest, you’re not really missing that much. I mean, don’t get us wrong. It doesn’t look ridiculous. She’s not wearing a ‘Frankie Says…’ t-shirt or anything. But it just looks pretty much as you’d expect – a lady dressed up as a Queen from the Elizabethan era. I reckon you’re better off looking at the picture of the cat.
Mary Queen of Scots will be released in early 2018 and may or may not feature a cat.
