Elon Musk: Band of Brothers should have focussed on the good guys more

Elon Musk, the world’s most stupid clever person, has spoken out about the films and TV that he enjoys. Chiefly amongst them – Band of Brothers.

“Great show, really great show, the effects, the drama, everything. Really great,” he said.

“I just don’t know why they chose to have so much focus on the bad guys,” he continued, clearly perplexed.

“We get to know the bad guys’ names, we’re with them through all their training, and I don’t deny that it’s an interesting idea, provocative, even, to see the war through the eyes of the baddies but what about the good guys?

“We hardly see them, other than getting shot by the baddies. We never learn their names, we never see the impact of the war on them. It’s a real flaw in an otherwise excellent TV show.”

He also told how he enjoyed Mississippi Burning, Andor, and The Hunger Games, but, again, was frustrated with how all the stories focussed more on the baddies than the good guys.

He did, however, single out Starship Troopers for praise for its focus on the humans, who were clearly the good guys.
