An extended version of the cast reveal for Avengers: Doomsday has been released online and finally includes the rumoured A-Team and Michael Knight characters and actors.
Whilst the original cast reveal had generated huge online excitement, there was some consternation that the A-Team and Michael Knight were not included.
“Yeah, the Fantastic Four and the X-Men, whatever,” exclaimed one online commentator, “where’s Knight Rider? Where’s the A-Team? Frankly, the only way I’m going to forgive Marvel for that Thor film is seeing them bring in some proper, serious heroes.”
Marvel were quick to respond by releasing the extended version of the cast reveal.
“I don’t know what I was thinking really,” explained Kevin Feige.
“A cast reveal without Michael Knight and the A-Team? That was a recipe for disaster. Obviously, they were always going to be the main event in this picture. I hope this new extended cast reveal gives the true fans what they really want.”
The extended cast reveal, entitled ‘Avengers: Doomsday: The A-Team, Knight Rider, and Some Other Guys’ also includes details of the CHiPs, Hardcastle and McCormick, and Airwolf cast coming to the film.
