There was excitement for fans of action star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson it was revealed that he had been working on a secret new project – a suite of banking software.
The new software is targeted at small to mid-sized banks and will feature a new encryption methodology developed by The Rock himself and a free DVD of The Scorpion King.
Fans were thrilled.
“Amazing news,” tweeted @DwaynePecs.
“I knew The Rock had been working on something in secret, and I was really worried it might be a sequel to Skyscraper, so to find out it’s a new suite of banking software is a real relief.”
The Rock unveiled the suite of software at a Hollywood press conference.
“Hi there,” he said.
“As The Rock, I guess that most people think of me as someone who makes friends with a giant gorilla and punches things.
“But, through all my life, my true passion has been the development of innovative banking software for small to medium sized banks.
“I’m proud to say, that after several years of working in secret, I can finally reveal The Rock Banking and Finance Suite.
“It contains check-clearing, complex accounting, and balance calculation along with full-encryption for a one-stop banking solution.
“If it doesn’t rampage through your software problems, I’ll be furious, fast.”
Although early days, it is possible that, if successful, The Rock Banking and Finance Suite could finally supplant the current industry standard for small to medium sized banks – Banking with Joe Pesci.
