Xbox Series X is twenty-six feet tall, has a portal to the future and comes with its own butler

Microsoft have announced further details of the forthcoming iteration of its games console – the Xbox Series X.

A surprising twenty-six feet tall, it seems many gamers will need to move or begin some substantial remodelling of their homes to accommodate it.

Making up for that inconvenience, though, is a portal to the future, through which gamers will be able to step through and experience what life is like up to one thousand years in the future.

Finally, the inclusion of a butler will please many gamers who have spent the last six years having to stop playing Halo to answer the door or wipe their own behind.

Xbox fans seemed enthusiastic.

“Seems brilliant,” explained renowned classicist and Fifa expert Mary Beard.

“I’ve been saying for years that the Xbox needed a portal to the future, it could really open up the possibilities in a game of Call of Duty if you could quickly jump to 2120 and pick up some multiplayer perks that haven’t been invented yet.”

There were some concerns about the height, however.

“Twenty-six feet is bigger than I expected,” tweeted @MasterChiefsPants

“The problem is that I live in a flat. I’ve spoken to the old lady in the flat above me about having a hole between the two flats so it’ll fit, but she’s being pretty unreasonable about the whole thing.”

It is the inclusion of the butler that is causing the most excitement though.

“Yeah, that’s going to be pretty sweet,” said thirteen-year-old Stewart James.

“It means that when my dick brother tries to get me off the Xbox, I can get the butler to beat his ass and then bring me some nice tea ad cucumber sandwiches.

“Bitchin. ‘”

It had also been rumoured that the Xbox Series X would be entirely thought-controlled and made of gas, but it seems that Microsoft must be saving that for a future iteration.
