An online petition demanding that HBO remake the final season of Game of Thrones with more naked breasts has reached a half a million signatures.
The petition notes that there have only been six bare breasts on display this season which is far below what fans have come to expect from the show.
The petition text in full reads as follows –
‘We, the real fans, demand that HBO remake season 8 of Game of Thrones with loads more boobs. At least four pairs an episode. And some more bare bottoms as well please. And, if possible, a big fight where all the men and ladies are naked and have got all olive oil on them and are all squirming around and rubbing against each other.’
Online grumbling has been growing throughout this season.
“This season has been rubbish,” said former Prime Minister and Game of Thrones fan Gordon Brown.
“Only six boobs! And they were only onscreen for a few minutes, which is never enough time to finish…enjoying them.”
As yet, there has been no response from HBO to the petition, but the matter could be resolved by one famous fan who has stepped forward to offer an innovative solution.
“If it helps,” tweeted Paul Thomas Anderson, director of Phantom Thread and There Might be Blood.
“I am happy to spend an afternoon cutting in clips of topless women from YouPorn into the Season 8 episodes.
“PM me.”
