A new Steam sale has given a man the opportunity to discover hundreds, perhaps thousands of games he didn’t realise he desperately needed and then purchase them.
“Fancy Tailor Simulator,” exclaimed Stewart James.
“It’s a game that allows you to simulate every aspect of being a fancy tailor, from measuring someone up for a suit, cutting the material, sewing it all together, and then finding a cheap plastic suit carrier to present it in.
“It turns out I desperately need that, who knew?”
The discounts have proven a boon as well.
“Wrath of the Cleave: Realm of Banthazan is 10% off. That’s £31.50. I mean, granted, I hadn’t heard of it until today, but you’ve got to admit that 10% off what a Spanish RPG blog called the 14th best RPG of 2016 is a pretty sweet deal.
“15% off Bloodmurderdeathshot, 20% off Soccer Fantasia. I mean, if I spend £100 on games, then I reckon I’ll have saved enough that the seventh or eighth game will be free.
“Which is great, because there’s this game that’s part platformer, part erotic Frankenstein simulator. You jump around, exploring each level to find a body part. Then the whole game changes and you’re in a laboratory and you have to design a sexy Frankenstein’s monster and bring it to life.
“I had no idea how much I need that game, and to effectively get it for free is brilliant.”
However, Mr James has only just begun his voyage of discovery.
“I reckon there’s thousands of games in there that I never knew quite how much I desperately needed. All at 10%, 15%, even 25%.
“The amount I’ll save will make me rich!”
