Huge ‘All Bar One’ pub discovered in Baldur’s Gate 3

Baldur’s Gate 3 is one of the most acclaimed games of this year, with its vast fantasy world being singled out for particular praise.

However, one gamer was surprised find that alongside strange underworlds, ruined castles, and complex dungeons, Baldur’s Gate 3 contains a branch of the popular British pub chain – All Bar One.

“Yeah, I don’t really know how I got there,” explained Baldur’s Gate 3 fan Stewart James.

“I was exploring a bit in the Underdark and there was this tunnel under the Arcane Tower, so I went through that and found a weird portal with terrible music coming out of it, so I went through it and came out in this idyllic grove was a huge All Bar One.

“It was actually pretty cool, you could get a pint of lager, listen to an awful DJ and then get into a bit of a fight.

“It was a nice break from duffing up goblins and trying to figure out how spell slots work.”

Game director Swen Vincke confirmed that the All Bar One was a deliberate inclusion.

“The party is made up of young, sexy people,” he said.

“Young people love nothing more than to go to an All Bar One, drink several pints of lager, dance to terrible, terrible music, fight a pilled-up guy with his top off and then get off with someone inappropriate by the toilets.”

 “I thought the All Bar One would be a realistic addition to the world of Baldur’s Gate.”

With the exciting revelation of the All Bar One in Baldur’s Gate 3, rumours abound that the huge world also contains a branch of Ladbrokes, a boarded-up old Woolworths and an accurate recreation of Basildon High Street.
