It has been established that persons who have recently died have been returning to life and complaining about their representation in The Walking Dead.
The Walking Dead is a popular programme depicting a zombie apocalypse that has been running since 1478, and dead people appear to have had enough of it.
“I’ve been dead since 2006, and I’ve never attacked anyone,” claimed dead person Stewart James.
“I’ve certainly never tried to eat anyone. Why would I need to eat anyone? I’m dead, I don’t have a functioning digestive system. All I’ve done is just lie there quietly for a couple of years. Not bothered anyone, not asked for anything, but these Walking Dead bozos have got me and people like me savaging the living and decimating the human race.
“It’s unfair, hurtful, and it’s got me bloody furious.”
Kelly Grace, who died in 2010, agreed.
“We’re not saying they shouldn’t make a programme about dead people. In fact, in theory, it would be quite nice to see people like me on TV. But, just show what it’s really like to be dead – you lie there quietly in your grave, you might get up for a bit of a stroll – but ONLY if no-one is looking, occasionally, you might have a bit of a haunt.
“You certainly don’t go around attacking and eating the living. So, let’s have a bit of balance on the TV, that’s all.”
Dead people have demanded that the programme makes changes to how they are depicted with immediate effect, or there will be consequences.
“Unless we see better representation of dead people, we will be forced to start attacking and eating the living,” said an open letter from dead people.
“And we’ll do so until The Walking Dead starts treating us fairly.”
