Irritating seventies pop songs occasionally interrupt everything and then Harvey Keitel rocks up and everyone is incredibly impressed because he knows how to clean a car. The path of the righteous man is beset by two and a half hour long films in need of a good edit.

Quentin Tarantino originally wrote the Vincent Vega role for Olivia Newton-John, but when she turned him down, he turned to her Grease co-star John Travolta.

The suitcase contains Marsellus’s collection of Smurfs.

The iconic ‘Twist’ scene was originally soundtracked by ‘Seven Tears’ by the Goombay Dance Band, and was only changed to Chuck Berry in the final edit.

Bloopers

During the scene in which Jules and Vincent drive to the first hit, a portal to a parallel dimension briefly opens.

The credits feature David Maxwell Fyfe, British Home secretary from 1951-1954. He doesn’t appear to have a role in the film, so it’s either a mistake or a tribute.
