Marvel to rework Captain America: Brave New World as Taylor Swift concert film

After a torrid 2023, Marvel Studios have announced a number of changes to their upcoming release slate. 

The most eye-catching change is the plan to transform Captain America: Brave New World from a big budget superhero movie to a Taylor Swift concert film.

“I think that 2023 taught us a number of things, but the number one lesson that we’ve learnt is that people really, really like Taylor Swift concert films,” said Marvel head Kevin Feige.

“The other thing we learnt? People really aren’t into Marvel films anymore. The Marvels? About four people went to see that, and two of those were me and my wife.”

“So, we’re not going to get down about 2023. We’re going to learn from it. The first thing? Captain America: Brave New World becomes Captain America: Going to the Taylor Swift Concert.”

The new plot outline for the film reads as follows

After a hard day beating up The Red Skull, or whoever, Captain America decides to unwind by going to a Taylor Swift concert. He gets a really good seat, near the front, and we watch the entire three hour concert from the point of view of Captain America.

Captain America: Going to the Taylor Swift Concert and if successful, will become the first in a trilogy of Captain America films that will include Captain America: Going to the Harry Styles Concert, and Captain America: Going to The Cure Concert.
