There was shock and surprise once again from Strictly this week as it was revealed that Mean Streets star Harvey Keitel had been eliminated.
Following the public vote, and dance-off, it was left to the judges to make the final decision on who would leave and who would stay.
For the fourth time in as many weeks, the judges left audiences stunned, this time choosing to send Hollywood legend Keitel home, despite him never actually having appeared on the show at all.
“We simply couldn’t decide,” explained Head Judge Shirley Ballas.
“So, we thought that the fairest thing to do in such a situation would be to send home Harvey Keitel instead.”
Craig Revel Horwood agreed.
“Well yes darling, it seemed only fair, I mean I think Harvey is a delight but by not actually competing in the show, he’s shown that he hasn’t really got what it takes to make it in the final weeks.”
An official comment from Harvey Keitel claimed that he was bemused at being sent home from Strictly but that he wished other contestants well.
However, he was overheard privately saying ‘these mooks throw me off their show? Me? Harvey Keitel. They have made a powerful enemy today.’
A severed horse’s head found in Motsi Mabuse’s bed this morning has been considered a coincidence.
