In the latest mind-bending episode of WandaVision, the roles of viewer and TV star were switched and saw Wanda lying on your sofa watching YOU on TV starring in a new episode of WandaVision.
The episode began with a new set of titles that featured you and the Vision in various humorous scenes along with a perky song titled – ‘It’s all about you, now.’
Meanwhile Wanda was in your house, on the sofa, eating a poorly constructed omelette from whatever she could find in the fridge and watching WandaVision on TV.
“We’re really trying to subvert the conventions of television sitcom,” explained creator Jac Schaeffer.
“And I think we’ve done that in this episode more than any yet. Okay, it’s a fairly standard sitcom plot about the Vision getting kicked in the backside by a runaway mule, but by twisting everything around so that Wanda is at home in your house watching you on TV, we can really heighten her sense of dislocation from her world.”
Interestingly, since the episode finished, Wanda has remained in your house and has fixed the wobbly doorhandle on the closet under the stairs and is currently watching your West Wing boxset and finishing up the ice-cream you were saving for Sunday.
There is no indication yet that she’s discovered what you keep in your bedside cabinet, but it seems only a matter of time before she does.
It is unclear whether you have been made a series regular in WandaVision or were just a guest for that episode.
Despite the most recent episode of WandaVision being the most daring yet, it could will be eclipsed by the final episode which, according to internet rumours, will reveal that the entire run of WandaVision was actually the twelfth season of Cheers and that it’s really 1994.

Live action version of the Rescuers abandoned after mousetrap incident
Disney has announced that, tragically, the live action version of the Rescuers has been abandoned after a horrifying incident with a mousetrap.
The Rescuers is a 1977 animated classic and features two New York City mice who work for Rescue-aid, an international organisation dedicated to helping cute orphans.
It has never been confirmed whether it was based on true events or not.
The live action remake was considered to be Disney’s most ambitious yet and was to feature two mice that had been artificially evolved to, if not quite human levels of intelligence, then certainly actor levels of intelligence.
“It’s just the most tragic news,” said director Rodent Emmerich
“We don’t know who left the mousetrap there. The most likely explanation is a jealous mouse who didn’t get the lead role, or pest control, I suppose.”
“But when I came in this morning, I found my lead actor, Casper Van Der B’Eek, dead and cold in the mousetrap. Just lying there.”
“I knew he had a cheese problem, but I didn’t think he was getting it off the floor. He knew how dangerous it was. God, it’s such a waste.
The production has now shut down with immediate effect, and there are serious safety concerns over the planned live action remake of A Bug’s Life.
