Exclusive! Scarlett Johansson always waits until she’s on set to have a poo to save on toilet paper

Scarlett Johansson has been branded a cheapskate for her habit of waiting until she arrives on set to have a poo so that she can save money on toilet paper.

Her began taking advantage of the studio toilet facilities on The Island.

“She was terrific on the island, great. The crew loved her,” said director Michael Bay.

“But, man, she tested that filming schedule to the limit. She’d get on the set on time, sometimes a few minutes early. One of the most punctual actors I’d ever worked with.

“Problem was she’d then spend twenty minutes in the head!

“We’d be just about to start and she’d be like ‘Hey Mike, give me a minute, I just need to quickly go for a poo.’ Twenty minutes later she’d be ready to film.

“And the cubicle she used? Unusable for the rest of the morning.”

On every film since, from huge blockbuster to small indie film, she always waits until she’s on set to have her morning poo.

“By Winter Soldier, we new what working with Scarlett was like and adjusted the schedule accordingly,” said Marvel producer Kevin Feige.

“Never schedule a scene with Scar for the first 30 minutes of filming each day. And always make sure there was a good supply of Oust on set at all times.”

Scarlett has responded to the accusations about her behaviour.

“Damn right I wait till I’m on set. Have you seen the cost of toilet paper? Crazy! Studios buy in bulk, it’s cheaper for them, so why not take advantage. People who don’t wait till they’re on set? They’re nuts.”

It is understood that her testing the schedules was at its worst on indie hit Marriage Story, which could regularly see her spend 30-40 minutes on the toilet as she’d just reached level 1000 on Candy Crush, and new stages were proving very time-consuming.
