Fans of hit boobs and shouting epic Game of Thrones have revealed their disappointment with the final episode of the show after it failed to reveal the meaning of life.

“Terrible ending,” tweeted @TyrionsBeard

“I’ve been watching GoT for 42 years and have all the little toy figures and everything.

“As one of their biggest fans, they owed me more than a simple resolution to the story, I was expecting the meaning of life and they didn’t give it to me and I feel so betrayed.”

A Game of Thrones insider gently suggested that some fans can sometimes develop quite high expectations.

“With the best will in the world,” she said.

“It is just a TV show, and as such, having the final episode deliver the meaning of life is quite a tall order.

“Perhaps people should lower their expectations just a little?”

However, fans hit back immediately.

“No! I will not lower my expectations,” tweeted @JonsCodpiece.

“We’re the fans, without us the show would be nothing. So, when we say the final episode should contain the meaning of life then the producers should listen to us and make sure it contains the meaning of life.”

The reaction to the final episode follows a similar controversy when Avengers: Endgame was released, and fans were disappointed that it didn’t immediately bring about world peace.
