In a stunning and surprisingly original move, it has been announced that a new Batman film will reveal the origin of Batman.
“Despite the fact that there are tribes in the Amazonian rainforests that have had no contact with modern society who know the origin of Batman, we will be spending at least 45 minutes of the new Batman film explaining how he became Batman,” said producer Stewart James.
As is traditional, the film will explain that a young Bruce Wayne went to the opera and had such an awful time that he decided to live with a big computer in a cave.
“Whilst I understand that many people will be aware of the origin of the caped crusader, we’ll be putting a very different spin on the tale,” explained Stewart.
“Most of the time, the alley in which Bruce Wayne’s parents are shot faces to the east, but in our interpretation, it will face to the northeast which, I think, is far truer to the character than previous origin stories have been.”
Fans were excited.
“I certainly can’t wait to see the thirty fifth version of the Batman origin story,” tweeted @Robinstights, who must have an amazing amount of time on his hands.
“I hope they get the direction of the alleyway correct this time.”
In other developments, a new Spiderman film is expected to reveal that Spiderman once got bit by a spider.
