Predator: Killer of Killers will see the Predator kill all the other killers and, therefore, begin a new period of peace and niceness for all.
“It’s about time that the Predator used his predatory powers for good,” explained director Stewart James.
“So instead of just hunting down butchering and beefy soldiers, he’s decided to hunt down and kill all the killers. Which is very nice of him really, when you think about it.”
The film begins with an older, more mature Predator looking back over his life and thinking about everyone he’s killed who weren’t even killers. He begins to regret his past actions and decides to make up for everything he’s done by becoming a killer of killers.
“To be honest, we came up with the title first and it’s totally badass but, if you think about it, if he’s a killer of killers then he’s very much on the side of those of us who might be killed. A hero, a good guy. Basically he, like most of us, just want everything to be nice.
“So, you know, bit of a twist, but worth it for the whole killer of killers thing.”
With the Predator having killed all the killers, it seems likely that any further sequel will see the Predator retiring quietly to a seaside village and quietly minding his own business.
