Christmas Playstation Classic gathers first layer of dust
The PlayStation Classic you received for Christmas has already garnered a thick layer of dust, according to reports coming in from your front room.
Despite the prosecco-infused enthusiasm with which you set up the miniature version of the classic 90s console on Christmas Day in an attempt to show the kids that ‘Fortnite is rubbish, these are proper classic games,’ the console remains unused except for the baffling twenty minutes before lunch trying to remember the controls to Tekken.
“No, I will use it. Definitely,” you protested convincingly.
“I’m going to get well into that Final Fantasy VII again. That’s going to be my thing this year. I bloody loved that when it came out. But I only ever got to play about an hour of it because there was this rumour that there was a secret Tomb Raider level where she was topless, so I focused largely on that.
“Is Tomb Raider on this Playstation Classic, do you know?”
It is thought that you will be forced to pack away the PlayStation Classic in order to avoid an incident similar to last Easter’s where the new SNES Mini was found to have so much dust on it, it resembled ‘something out of an Indiana Jones film.’
