Lady goes to stay in strange village where everyone is Rory Kinnear. Goes for nice walk and is chased by Rory Kinnear so seeks help from Rory Kinnear who calls a policeman, Rory Kinnear. Rory Kinnear isn’t much help so she goes to the pub for a weird chat with Rory Kinnear. She plugs on, weirdly resistance to the whole thing of everyone being the same well-respected Shakespearian actor until it all goes mad at the end.
Trivia
The multiple Rory Kinnears were played by Christian Bale, Patrick Stewart, Idris Elba, and Dame Judi Dench, all with Rory Kinnear’s face added by CGI. Oddly, none were played by Rory Kinnear.
Rory Kinnear did audition for the role of Harper, but was beaten to it by Jessie Buckley.
Although the film is set in the English countryside, it was actually filmed in the Gobi Desert for budget reasons.
