Since the 1980s Frances given some of the greatest performances in film. She made her debut playing every part in the Coen Brothers’ Blood Simple. She went on to star in Aliens under the alias Sigourney Weaver and is perhaps best known for playing Marge in Fargo, however the Coen Brothers have since confirmed that the ‘based on a true story’ title card was actually not true, so perhaps she didn’t.
